How do we package and ship our products?
All our products are packaged 100% single use plastic free. Our bottles are glass, our containers are returnable and our labels are compostable and recyclable. Our shipping materials are recycled or 100% post-consumer use, with recycled paper wrapping and paper tape. When we use peanuts, they fully dissolve in water and can be discarded on your sink. You can recycle or compost all of our shipping materials. .
How long does it take for me to get my order?
Orders will usually be shipped in 2-5 business days, unless they are purchased through a pre-order offer. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment. Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen by you. Please email us if you did not receive a shipping number within 5 business days of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking number is provided once your order is shipped to keep you up to date on the progress of shipment.
After an order has been marked as delivered for shipments in which a customer failed to provide the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event the package is returned to our studio, we ware happy to resend the order to an updated address for an additional shipping cost defined based on order weight and size.
International Orders: All our international orders are sent via USPS priority mail or DHL Express, according to your choice. We can't be held responsible for lost or returned packages once they leave the United States and we are unable to refund you for the cost of shipping when a package is returned. We can only refund you for product costs once the returned package arrives in our studio. If you have a lost or returned package you can contact the carrier directly to request a refund for your label cost. We will do our best to assist you, but can't guarantee any returns on our end.
Please note you will be responsible for any duties or taxes on arrival to your country. Import responsibilities or duties you might be charged when the order lands on your side of the pool. You will be contacted by DHL, USPS or your local authority regarding payment of any charges once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are your responsibility to pay.
Due to the size of our business we are unable to accept returns at this moment. However, if you have any issues with your product, please email us at email@example.com and we will figure something out on a case-by-case basis.
We are not able to process a cancellation once an order is placed and payment is received.
All orders over $50 that are being shipped to an address within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) qualify for free shipping. All our U.S. orders are Carbon Neutral.
